
Criteria / Eligibility for 60 Day CBI Program
The client must meet one of the following to be eligible:
- Offender shall have completed a treatment program in the past 5 years;
- Offender has violated probation for original offense or for substance abuse issue;
- 1st or 2nd offense of F4, F5 in past 5 years; and/or
- 1st offense of F3.
Clinical Procedures and Programming
Assessments
- Within the first 72 hours a resident arrives at River City, the Case Manager will meet with the resident to administer the TCU, MAST, DAST, T4C. Based off the assessments the Case Manager will develop a treatment plan within the first 5 days the resident arrives at River City.
- Residents will attend the Success Planning Module of Cognitive Behavioral Interventions.
- Residents will attend Problem Solving component of Thinking For a Change.
- Residents must attend four Advanced Practices Groups.
- Attend 8 Advanced Role Play groups.
- Individual Sessions.
Successful Completion
- A resident must complete a second TCU assessment and show improvement in problem areas on the second assessment.
- All core programming groups must be completed by the resident.
- On the second T4C test a resident must score a 90% or better.
